Dog training! Halp!
Anyone know of a good place to go for dog training in Chicago? I’m not rolling in money over here, so decent prices are going to be a big factor.

If others will step up, I will help organize slutwalk 2012. I’m not willing to do it without other serious folks showing interest up front. After the 2011 walk, I was immediately interested in getting involved in possible future walks (coming from both praises for and serious issues with the way it went). As you can see, it isn’t going to be organized if people don’t speak up.
Ideas? Anyone?

In case you forgot, this is Logan Square. We don’t just post notes to one another on bathroom stalls (Cole’s really does have some sweet bathroom graffiti), we take it to the streets.

Help this person find their pet rat in Albany Park, would you? The streets of Chicago don’t have any rats, so we should be able to knock this one out in a couple two tree hours.
In case you hadn’t heard, a woman was attacked in Logan Square last week right by Revolution Brewing. They released a picture of the guy that’s the suspect who’s described as a “Hispanic man between 17 and 20 years old, 5-foot-7, 185 pounds with a dark complexion, a fade haircut and permanently shrugged shoulders with little or no neck visible.”
It only happened at 10pm and there were obviously people nearby, so ladies please please please be careful when you’re out at night. Don’t walk around alone at night and always be aware of your surroundings.

Be careful out there, y’all. I passed by the scene just as police were arriving, as this occurred on my regular route to the open mic at Cole’s.
